Manufacturing process

The designers of our equipment are constantly listening to the players in our field of activity, coaches, athletes, competitors, sports hall owners, etc... They collect many opinions, comments, ideas for organizing, then prioritize in order to etablish a project that they can transmit to our design office.

We place great care and seriousness in the development of our products. The drawing is done by 3D computer tool, our designers are constantly working with our athletes. The tubes forming the metal frame of our equipment are made of reinforced steel S 235, they have a section of 60/60 mm and a thickness of 4 mm.

These choices allow us to achieve an optimum compromise between durability, strength, size and weight. Our fastening systems, bolts, pins, have a charge of 8 mm for a cantilever of only 52 mm.

Our accessories are made with the same quality and efficiency as to be complementary with our devices. Our steel parts are produced by laser cut and assembled by welding in the workshops of our partners 100% MADE IN FRANCE.

The painting is thought out to ensure efficient use of our products All gripping surfaces are covered with a sandblasted finish so that the user does not slide while having a comfortable grip. Tests are carried out in real life conditions by athletes used to this type of equipment. Our priority is to provide strong, resistant and reliable gear as suitable as possible for your workout needs.
