  • How to log in/create account on our website ?

    The first step is to log into the website by clicking on the button “Sign in” located on the top right-hand corner of the title bar. You will be sent to a welcome page with two areas: on the left side to log in, and on the right side to create your personal account.

    • Step by step : how to create my account :
    • 1) enter your email address and click on “Create an account”
    • 2) choose your customer set : individual, business or firefighters/military/police.
    • 3) register your personal informations and your password
    • 4) to conclude, click on the button “Create my account”

    Then, you will be able to identify yourself with your login email address and password in the box on the left by clicking on the button "Sign In".

  • How to create an account when we are part of the firefighters/military/police and what are the documents required ?

    Please follow the step number 1 to 4 mentioned above, without forgetting to choose the customer set “firefighters/military/police”. Thus, you will benefit from preferential pricing on the website compared to the others customer sets.

    To take advantage of the Tactical offer, you must send us a proof of your situation (professional police officer card, military identity card, certificate of service as a firefighter) and a photocopy of your identity card on the following link : documents required.

  • Is it mandatory to have a customer account to place an order ?
    Yes it is mandatory, it allows us to have a customer follow-up and to manage all our orders via the website.
  • What should you do if you forget your password ?

    If you forget your password, please click on the "Forgotten password" button available below the login area. You will need to fill in your email and we will send you a link to change your password.

  • How to delete your account ?

    You can send us a request by mail and we will take care of the deletion of your account.

  • How to update your personal account data ?

    Please click on your customer account, it will redirect you to a page where you can edit Contact Information, Addresses, Orders and Quotations.

  • How can you subscribe to the newsletter ?

    In the footer of the site on the right-hand corner, in "Newsletter", you can subscribe to our newsletter by filling in your email address in order to not miss anything of our news.

  • How do I place an order ?
    • You can place an order :

  • How can I modify my order ?

    Orders can not be edited but can be canceled. If you ordered a wrong size or if you made a mistake when entering your address, please place a new order with the correct information. You will receive a refund for your first order once it is returned.

  • What methods of payment does the site accept ?
    • To make your shopping easier, we put at your disposal several possible means of payment all entirely secure :
    • - credit card with the CM-CIC Paiement (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • - card or PayPal account
    • - bank transfer (the treatment may be longer)
    • - bank cheque (the treatment may be longer)

    Products and delivery fees can be paid according to the payment option chosen by the customer on the website. All payments will be in Euros including VAT.

  • Is it possible to receive an invoice with VAT ?

    You will receive an invoice with VAT for any order placed with Tactical Steel.

  • Is it possible to make a quotation online ?

    When ordering, you can create a quotation when you choose your payment method or directly pay for your order. We will send you in the most shortly the quotation corresponding to your order.

  • Where can I find my order number ?
    • There exist different options to help you find your order number :
    • - on the right-hand top corner of the page you need to check for the My Account tab, then check for Order History
    • - in your inbox directly when you receive your invoice
  • How can I track the progress of my delivery ?

    Once your order is processed, you will receive a email from us. This email will include a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your delivery depending on the chosen carrier.

  • What do I do if I did not receive my order ?

    If you did not receive your package, please check our delivery times by consulting the progress of your order. In case the deadlines are exceeded, you can send us a reminder email and we will do what is necessary to treat it as soon as possible.

  • Do you want to know if your payment is secure ?

    We guarantee you a 100% secure payment with 3D Secure Payment and with the https: // protocol which certifies the encryption of your data and the authentication of our e-commerce. We have implemented an order verification process to ensure that no one is using another person's bank details without their knowledge. As part of this verification, we may ask the customer to fax or email us a copy of an identity document and a proof of address of less than 3 months. In this case, the order will be validated only after receipt and verification of the files sent by our services.

    • We have different delivery methods :

    • - UPS Standard delivery. This choice of delivery allows to receive its package at home within 1 to 5 working days
    • - UPS Express Saver deliver. This choice of delivery allows to receive its package at home within 24 to 72 hours
    • - DB Schenker and DB Schenker France delivery. This choice of delivery allows to receive its package at home within 1 week
    • - La Poste, in Colissimo with signature delivery. This choice of delivery allows to receive its package at home within 3 working days from monday to friday
    • - La Poste, in Colissimo without signature delivery. This choice of delivery allows to receive its package at home within 3 working days from monday to friday
    • - International Container Shipping delivery. This choice of delivery allows to receive its package within 4 to 6 weeks
  • What are the times and the costs of delivery ?

    It depends on your order : the quantity, the type of product, etc. In accordance with article L121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, the delivery time of your order is indicated in your shopping cart before the final payment. It should be noted that there is a delay of order processing by the logistic service of the Seller. Any order of stock item confirmed before 11:00 am will be processed and sent to you within 24 to 48 hours.

  • What should you do if the products received are not the right ?

    If the products you have received are not the correct ones, you must return the item(s) for sending you the expected item(s).

  • Did you receive a non-compliant or defective item ?

    If an anomaly is found, we invite you to contact us and we will do our best to make it right for a return of the product according to the formalism described in the article "Right of withdrawal" of our general conditions of sale and / or exchange the product in order to guarantee you a quality up to our commitments.

  • You have been delivered but one or more items are missing in your order ?

    If a part of your order has not been delivered to you and you have not been informed in advance, please contact the team (by phone or email) and we will take into account your request.

  • Where are your items shipped ?

    All of our items are shipped from our premises located in La Seyne-sur-Mer or from our post offices nearby.

  • Is it possible to pick up my package for free at a collection point ?

    It is possible to pick up your package for free at our collection point located at CrossFit La Seyne box, whose address is: 581 Robert Brun Avenue, 83500 La Seyne-sur-Mer.

Return / Refund / Warranty

  • How many days do you have to make a return ?

    As a customer, you benefit from a 14-day period to exercise your legal right of withdrawal and 14 additional days following the sending of the form. In the case of a product order, the delay is counted from the receipt of the products. In the case of a service delivery order, the period runs from the acceptance of the offer. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or an official holiday or a non-working day, it is extended until the next business day. You do not have to provide any reason to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will not suffer any penalties.

  • How to return a product ?

    In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, you must send the product to the following address: Tactical Steel, 117 Avenue Marcel Berre 83500 La Seyne-sur-mer. The return costs are exclusively at your charge. In order to facilitate the return of the product and the file processing, you can contact us in advance by e-mail : serviceclient@tactical-steel.com or by phone at 04 94 89 68 63 to obtain a number and a return voucher.

  • When will you receive your refund ?

    The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund of the amount paid during the order as soon as possible and at the latest 14 days from the date on which you exercised this right. We may nevertheless defer the refund until the recovery of the goods or the proof of their redirection by the customer for physical goods. It should be noted that the amount of goods is refunded fully but the shipping costs paid by the customer are reimbursed up to the cost of standard delivery. The refund will be made according to the initial method of payment chosen. The refund of purchases made by gift vouchers may only be done in the form of different gift vouchers for the identical amount as that paid out.

  • What if my product is no longer available but I have already placed my order ?
    • In case of unavailability of products after placing the order, you will be informed by e-mail or by phone or mail. We will offer you :
    • - the replacement of the product ordered by a similar product at an identical price. In this case, after receipt of the other product, the return costs resulting from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be paid by Tactical Steel
    • - the refund of the amount paid within a maximum period of thirty days. Beyond this term, these amounts are yielding interest at the legal rate
